Caitlin Cohen
Caitlin Cohen is an associate lawyer with Kleinman Family Law and provides clients with expert counsel and personal support while assisting them with their family law matters. Caitlin’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, including property division, spousal support, child support, and parenting issues. She has experience in drafting all forms of domestic contracts, including separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. Caitlin has appeared on behalf of clients at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
After completing her B.A. (Honours) at McGill University, Caitlin earned her Law degree at the University of Ottawa. During her time in Ottawa, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, a national network of law students, community organizations and lawyers working together to provide pro bono legal services for disadvantaged individuals, groups, and organizations in their communities.
Caitlin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association. She is fluent in French.
